no sound with my PTP.. HELP!!

selected SB audigy 2 ZS MIDI IO as MIDI I/O... but i can't hear anything..

how do we setup the software so that we can hear the PIANO ROLL sounds??

please help..

    you also need to select the Audigy in Options/Audio/Drivers

    if you cant see it as an option it might be cause you have it setup for ASIO - try using the WDM setting.

    also make sure the field in the MIDI track called 'pch' has a sound attached to it (right click on it to select a sound font)

    Is the \"SB audigy 2 ZS MIDI IO\" plugged into a synth?

    Generally I use Cakewalk's DXi plugins, then send the output of the MIDI track to the plugin and the output of the plugin to the mains.

    thx.. i got it solved...

    the midi volume levels were minimum..

    damn it i had like 2-3 days wasted.. trying to figure out what had happened...

    anyways, thx again.. i still need to gifure out what ASIO does.. or WDM.. i think its WDM by default now..
