x-edit won't run- please help

What's up ? I removed it and re-installed it but same message ?
I browsed the cd but it's not on the cd ?

you need to install MS .net.

Check your Add/Remove Programs in your control panel. You should have \"Microsoft .NET Framework\" listed. If you don't have it, I think it's on the xedit cd. You should have been prompted to install it when you installed xedit.
