Yep... that's pretty cool... Even with 80x80 you can get the jist of who it is. I used Picture It. Digital photo editing is fun, but not as much as digital audio. Still I got a few more graphics ideas ideas up my sleeve.
hey Johnny, nice work, of course i know who that guy is, it's that Bushemi dude in Fargo right? . I use Photoshop every day so what really impresses me is the old school trickery. This one here in my avatar slot is as old as the victorola pictographer itself!
hey P.S. there's some folks looking for you on hte GNX2 forums.
I think you're right $5 is kind of steep for 80x80 pixels. $2.50?
Tod... It is Dali... I wanted to do one with him quite a bit older, but the pics were too grainy. This came from a fairly familiar photo of him, but far from my favorites where he looks insane.
The larger version looks cooler. Of course I got the green LP in there. 8)
A predecessor to the rock star maybe?
I'm not an art historian or a history freak, but interesting people are interesting. They play perfectly into photo play.
Man, I was initially gonna guess it was Dali, but because he was missing the characteristically nutty moustache I convinced myself it was a young Django Reinhardt.

Nah, charge the $5 bucks and send it to 'em in various sizes for use in multiple forums. Maybe throw in a variety pack of Lickety Picks and a Jaded Army secret decoder ring
I am not for real!?! Nope... I am only selling them in your imagination.
Tod remembers the lickety picks!?!
He's got the mustache, but it doesn't show well... and it is a little smaller than when got older. I'm growing one now myself... maybe I'll just get a weave. 8)
How could I forget Lickety Picks? That was a work of genius!
I like Dali. I used to have a Dali print (Swans Reflecting Elephants) in my living room. After a few beers it was really mesmerizing. I'd just stare at it and try to figure it all out When we moved out we gave that print to my stoner brother in law LOL.
I made a new avatar of a modern genius, but I can't get it small enough. I'm too cheap to spend the $5 on a nice one. See if this works..
Oh jaded one, what you need is either the Gif Animation construction Kit or Photoshop's Image Ready. There are many more out there too... just do a search for gif animation tools.
you see Floss has nothing left for you but dental hygiene tips from the astral planes of mediocrity, complacency and indifference.
snooze
I used The Gimp to make that animated gif. I've also tried the evaluation copy of Gif Construction Set. It's pretty easy to use, and the evaluation copy does pretty much all you need it to. There may be better programs out there for making gifs, though. I'm no expert at image manipulation, that's for sure
you did great, it is pretty easy to tell it is Leskin in that because of his \"quite blue colors\" he likes to adorn. If you held the first and last frames for a second or two then it would \"read\" on screen even better. Don't know if you wanted to achieve this or not just thought i'd offer it up though.
You don't want to be astral projecting with crappy teeth. Why just the other day I was transcending space and time back to ancient Egypt. Nefratiti noticed a piece of parsley between my front teeth... how embarassing. Of course I was then put to death... again... what a total b@tch. Sweet rack, but what a b@tch. lol
Neffy, she don't trust anyone with a carnies smile huh? How could you blame her? Eat your greens but a little pocket floss never hurts on those long astral journey's through both that space and time thing.
Did you know that Dali once got a job at Disney? They paid him an extrodinary high salary to help come up with somthing very new and different. In the end he didn't do this as he just sat around ordering cavier and sleeping.... nothing new and ground breaking there!
like i said nothing new and groundbreaking.... i think the Dali thing is what finally sent ol Walt recluse and into spending his numbered days riding that minuture train around in his back yard all day.

Any of you guys seen this one?

I don't know, looks kinda like a cross between John Waters and Salvador Dali

That's funny, they paid Michael Eisner millions to do the same thing
