Help !!!!!!!!!!

I get a message \" Harman GNX4 updater USB device error occurred during installtion. One of the filter drivers for the device is invailed\"

I get a one close to that one everytime I plug my USB into my computer.
HELP. I have d/l patches in the past but know when I go to d/l a patch all I get is the settings. Also I can't d/l the firmware update due to that Harman GNX4 USB updater message.

I've never seen this befor, but have you switched usb-ports? If so, plug your gnx4 into the port it was plugged in when you installed it.
Als have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole package?

Can you walk me thru the patch d/l procedure as far as how I need to set up my GNX 4 before d/l a patch. I have d/l patches before a while ago so maybe I'm doing somthig wrong
