So every time I go to use my driverack, the right high output has a significantly lower output then the left. I have to perform a soft reset in order to get the same levels. Am I missing something or is there an issue with the unite?

I'll assume that you are not adjusting the GEQ drastically different on L vs R. You should CALL tech support. They are very helpful.

Nope never used anything other than the wizard to set up for shows after inputting my original speaker/amp crossovers and such.

You might try a hard reset or updating to the latest software version (or reinstalling).
