BLU-320 Fatal Error: 16

We replaced our BLU-800 about 6 months ago and our BLU-320 has now started giving us a \"Fatal Error: 16, startup stage 2\" message. It is using build 3.10.04. Our BLU-800 seems to be functioning properly. There is a possibility that there are problems in one of our amps- a Crown CTS8200. I've searched fatal error 16 to death with no luck. Any ideas what it might be?

    The Fatal error 16 relates to a fault with the Cobranet card. either the card needs replacing or perhaps just reseated on the connecter.
