Touch Panel takes forever to wake up.

I have a Modero NXT-C17 that is taking approximately 2 minutes to wake up after pressing on the screen. Does this sound like a power supply issue or a touch panel issue?

    By "wake up" do you mean "light up" or "display the right pages" or "correctly respond to touches"?

    Does it appear to be booting during the delay? Once it is "awake" does it keep working?

    Regardless, it's unlikely to be the power supply unless it is in a really strange failure mode.

    Anyway, swap supplies with another panel. Does the problem travel with the supply or with the panel?

    It's standard 12 volts, you nearly -must- have some other 12 volt supply to try, even if this is the only AMX panel you have....

    I have had cases like this that went away when the panel was not connecting to a master ... check your notifications and make sure you aren't flooding the panel with commands.
