That's an oxymoron. Clearly, if you are happy, you can't be a programmer, especially one who is doing a good job

If I were the suspicious type, I'd think this question set was designed to feed a ad campaign for some new programming alternative or product, wherein the pitch will include shocking stats "from the programmers themselves" on how they turn over poor custom work.
