R4 problem, help

The remote's keypad is flashing on and off and the touchscreen is not on. I have tried plugging it into the power dock but nothing has happened. remove the battery and plug it again but same issue. Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you need to call AMX for an RMA.

Agreed. There is no recovery from that behavior as far as I know. I don't recall what it means exactly, but I've had the same issue, and it required an RMA.
