Screen stays on?

Hello,

I've got an NXD-700VI in a remote location that wont go to sleep (turn off the screen when idle). I am not familiar with any setting that would affect this, besides no one at that site has the knowledge to access the settings anyway. What would cause this?

There are display timeout settings. I don't recall exactly where it's at, maybe the first page in setup? Not sure. If it's set to zero, it'll never shut off.

Thanks, I'll check that out tomorrow when I get out there to look at it.

Surpassed only by the number of clients for whom you painstakingly leave every scrap of documentation, but they still call you for simple operation questions.
