MET-ECOM Firmware Instructions?

Got these instruction in SW2180_MET_ECOM_v1_01_20.zip.
Necessary tools:
NetLinx Studio 2 (NS2)
Network connection information

Necessary files:
SW2180_MET_ECOM_KIT_v1_01_20.zip

Procedure:
1) Extract the zip file
It should produce two kit files "SW2180_MET_ECOM_KIT_v1_01_15.kit" and "SW2180_MET_ECOM_KIT_v1_01_20.kit"

Note: The file SW2180_MET_ECOM_KIT_v1_01_20.kit is not needed for this procedure but is included as a
convenience in case a downgrade is desired.

2) The MET-ECOM/MET-ECOM-D is upgradable from any released or hotfix version later than v1.01.15
(a) Boot the MET-ECOM and configure a connection to NS2
(b) Ensure that the reboot device button is checked on the Send to NetLinx Device firmware transfer page
(c) Download SW2180_MET_ECOM_KIT_v1_01_20.kit
(d) After the upgrade is complete and an NI-Controller connection is re-established verify that the MET-ECOM is at version v1.1.20

    Here's another one for the R4: v3.01.20 which references SW0148_01A_XXXX_v3_01_06.kit instead of SW0148_01A_MIOR4_v3_01_20.kit in the instruction. The radio module SW0148_01B_MIOR4_ZIGBEE_MODULE_v3_01_05.kit is correct.

    NOTES for v3.01.20:
    Prerequisites: v3.00.00 on the Zigbee Gateway

    1. If the current firmware on the Gateway is anything less than 3.00, load the SW0148_XXXX_v3_01_05.kit
    file first. If SW0148_01A_XXXX_v3_01_06.kit is accidentally loaded first, the radio will be unable
    to communicate with the host processor and cannot be upgraded. In this case, the host processor will
    have to be downgraded to an older version of the firmware and then upgraded again with the radio
    being upgraded first.
    2. If the current firmware on the Gateway is 3.00.00 or greater, the firmware may be loaded in any order.

    CHANGES in this Release:
    1. Eliminates random touches
    2. Improves touch response
    3. Eliminates remote entering setup pages on boot
    4. Fixed calibration page
