I have a few different images in the following formats..
Norton 'Ghost 2003'
ComPuApps 'OnBelay V2'
Linux 'DD'

The size of the CF card is not that important as that can be changed later, what is important however is that the firmware on the CF card is the same as that on the panel.
If you try to boot a panel that has different firmware on the CF card you can have spurious results including not booting.
My images are firmware version v2.86.55

I've sent you a Drop Box link to download the file.
It’s a zipped 64MB image so you will have to restore to your 512MB CF card and then resize the partition.
I use Partition Wizard which you can get for free from here http://www.partitionwizard.com/download.html
