NetLinx Studio hung up during file transfer

Hello everyone!
The problem is:
I couldn't transfer firmware files from NS to touch panel. USB connection esteblished properly, I can see panel in NetLinx OnLine tree. I start file transfering, see dialog window, it says me that verification is OK, but after that appears "TSK File Waiting" and NetLinx Studio hungs up. I can stop process only using Task Manager. The problem take place with all MVP panels. NelLinx Studio version 3.1.0.374
What should I do?
