NS3 Crash on File Transfer Receive

Hello all. I was at a site yesterday and was having numerous issues trying to do updates on an old Accent 3 system. I was trying to extract the source code from the master, but every time I would hit receive after doing my mapping, NS3 would crash. I didn't log the exact error, but it was something about memory at sector 0x (blah, blah). I eventually had to re-install NS2 and then I was able to find out that there was no source code loaded into the master (previous dealer didn't build with source). I called support, and hesitantly paid the $1200 fee for the year. I was a bit frustrated when the response was...huh, I haven't seen that before, but I'll see if there's any other mention of it. I reinstalled NS3, rebooted numerous times, closed all other applications, and the problem persisted. Again, the only thing that seemed to work was going backwards to NS2.

It was your typical run of the mill AXS source file. Also, don't get me wrong, the person I spoke with in support was very friendly and helped me with some other items, but I was a bit frustrated that we couldn't dig deeper on this particular issue.
