Help with Stuck NI-3000 Please

Greetings,

I have an NI-3000 on which the status and input lights come on solid at bootup and stay that way indefinitely. The Link/Act will flash with network traffic.

I cannot reach the unit via a serial programming connection or serial terminal connection.

I tried disabling program run, but no change.

Any ideas?

    Are you able to approach it via IP? And telnet maybe? If no, I'd send the unit in, because else you might be wasting hours on it when it's much easier for the tech's at AMX than it is for you.

    Complete lock-ups like this are nearly always a firmware corruption, and the CF needs to be reloaded or replaced. If you don't have a CF image to try loading, send it to AMX.
