Remote Firmware Upgrades

I have a master working in a remote location. They have added new equipment requiring code changes. I would like to be able to upgrade the firmware on the master as well since the firmware is old. Right now, the hardware folks have the .tkn files and File Transfer 2. How can I get new firmware files to them? The masters have no connection to the outside world.
