NXT-CV10 Network Connectivity Issues

We have an NXT-CV10 panel with wireless disabled(we are not permitted to use it) connected to 100 full duplex IP port set to 100 full duplex. The address is static and configured correctly. Yet every so often, the panel seizes up and falls off the network, losing both remote connectivity and any local control. It must be be hard reset at this point to come back online. If the device is taken offline and connected to the controller directly, or through a switch, it functions properly, but we must have remote connectivity. Any suggestions?

Try setting the Ethernet Mode to 10 Half Duplex.
This is what we did with our office demo unit and it worked perfectly after changing it to this setting.
