Show (off) your customized programming view!

I'm probably not the only one who customized his netlinx studio to look like I want it to.
So I hope everyone will show off their a screenshot of how theirs looks.
Here's mine: (check attachment)
(I don't think there's a setting I left at default (including the font))
Show me yours!

I don't believe I'm the only one who's done this, am I?

Nope, here are others:I don't believe I'm the only one who's done this, am I?

I think there are a couple of other related threads somewhere. -
Ha. I made the fatal post to that thread.Joe Hebert wrote: »Nope, here are others:

The colors I used in 2006 hurt my eyes x_x -

No, I just can't seem to get excited about my Netlinx editor settings no matter how hard I try.

They have certain medication for that.. Come on we're just trying to make the best out of an annoying situation! :P.
At least I know I am. -
To me, I'm so accustomed to my settings that I can't really get excited about them. But I notice the two screenshots posted here have done one thing in common with mine: light fonts on a dark background. I wonder if it's just a holdover from Axcess days? I just can't work with the default colors with the white background.

Not much has changed...
... since my last showing off of editor settings.
Since I was not part of the Axcess days, I'm going to claim "lazy" as far as not going with a dark background. I do remember trying it for a little bit when I first start programming, but just couldn't get used to it. I must say though, if someone walks by and you have a black background - it does look more "programmerish."

Light on dark is supposedly easier on the eyes. Makes sense if you consider white = #FFFFFF = the most possible light; black = #000000 = the least possible light.DHawthorne wrote: »To me, I'm so accustomed to my settings that I can't really get excited about them. My backgroud hasn't change much since the 06' thread either. Although I have tried different combinations always seem to fall back to this:

I saw someone using a black background in one of the programmer classes and gave it a try. I've stuck with it for one reason; it gives me more usable colors for other things. Yellow, light green, and cyan just don't work well on a white background.

I have a dark background as well because it's easier on the eyes when making long hours and it increases readability. As well as give you more colours to use. I have the rest of my windows black bg + white fg.
Nice to see other people's settings.
Keep them coming.
