5200i Firmware Upgrade - Display Gone

I have just upgraded 1 of our demo area 5200i's from 2.66.17 to 2.66.21 all went ok until i picked up the panel and the display has gone, i could vnc in to it and see what should be there, tried to reboot via telnet and now the unit seems completely locked. Has anyone any ideas or is it back to AMX. 1 month out of warranty also.

After a total battery drain the unit has come back to life, fingers crossed for the next 2.
