Panels Rebooting for No Reason

I have two seperate jobs that I'm finishing up. One has a Modero 5150 and the other an MVP8400. Both clients have called or informed me that these panels are rebooting themselves from time to time. It appears randomly. I've sent both back to AMX for evaluation and they are unable to duplicate the problem. It usually occurs when they take them from the dock or wall station. Any input or ideas are appreciated.

Have you tried new batteries yet?

Battery Status
Both Panels are less than 6 months old. One (5150) went back for repair and replacement batteries. -
It usually occurs when they take them from the dock or wall station.
With the new firmware the panels have an "auto shutdown" set to (I think) 2 hours. If a panel is not plugged into AC, and is not touched for 2 hours, it will shut down. Touching the screen will wake it up, but it has to boot up completely, which can take a full minute or so. If the panel is plugged in it will not shut down.
I've had questions about this on almost every job I've done since this firmware change.
The time duration can be changed in the setup pages.
Don't know if this is your issue or not....
