Smartboard with Unifi35

Hello,

I need to control a projector Unifi35 from Smart Tech.

My customer told me I can control by RS-232 but AMX Search Device has only IR control method.

I asked Smart Tech support to have control codes but I received an email about how install their software, nothing useful for me...

Anyone has an idea?

It looks to be a pretty straightforward and simple protocol.

Smart (Netherlands) does not support RS232 control.
If you have problems. They say to disconnect the RS232 and if everything working fine then, that ist not there problem.

I controlled several smartboards by RS232 and there a some problems with it. they can lock up. There is no Power On command. You can only do power On by IR. No lamp time information etc... The new firmware from smart is better and then the old formware.
