Jaadu VNC - an iPhone app

has just been updated. The update notes only describe one feature - AMX Touchpanel Support.

I can't see what's been added. Jaadu has been able to control AMX panels for a long time. Can anyone who uses Jaadu see anything different. It feels snappier to me using it remotely but that could be down to a lot of things

    They've added a Touchscreen Mode in the settings that makes it work more like a touchscreen instead of having to navigate the cursor around.

    Previous release

    The touchscreen feature was added in the previous update to this one and was included in the release notes. This one just states AMX touchscreen support
    and so it is

    In the Computers supported there's an AMX entry. Select that and it:

    Enables the touchscreen mode rather than the cursor mode
    Scales the display so that the complete screen of a 800 x 480 tp appears without the slight vertical or horizontal scrolling there before
    Adds an enhanced visual feedback on finger presses
    And it does seem quicker but that's probably just me
