Ni700 leds blinking constantly

Hi all
First time with NI700.
All the leds on the right side are bilking constantly ( link, status, output, input) and the IR RX too.
The blink is fast if that matters...
Disconnect and reboot, same.
Connecting AXLink network, IR, Ethernet cable - same.
Cant ping, cant serial.
Tried to reboot with left switch on for a clean reboot - same.
I am not sure I don't have problems in other places like network, or dead keypad etc.
But first I want to make sure if this unit is not ok, or its somthing that I might do wrong..
this blinking looks like kind of a problem

I tested other one and it works ok, so unless someone is thinking I wrong, this device needs to go to AMX for repair...
We replaced the power supply and its working as new.
Good to know.
