Weather module in AMX Home

Hey guys..
I am using two touch panels in a residential unit.. NXD CV5 and NXT-1200..
Both of them have the AMX home weather modules.. the problem is tat the weather doesnt show up unless I telnet into the master and then ping the touch panels.. once I do tat its fine.. then if they r rebooted for some reason again I have the same problem..
Does anyone know a fix for this issue ??

I am confused are you using maps from AMX HOME? or are you pulling data and parsing it from the web?
Copy and paste the file extension that you entered into TPD4 for the dynamic image.
