Any way to reset NI3100?

Hi all

I have an Ni3100 that stoped responsding after the commnad "set duet mem 30" and reboot, the master is gone.

no ip, no serial.

I am not sure its connected, I tired this command cause I had some lutron issues, no I think it was the master comm problems.

I get no ping, and no serial connection.

I checked the cable, it works good with the other controller,only the specific conroller is not responding.

Is there is a way to do a hard reset, something , anything before replacing it?

You can set dip switch position one to the on position, then reboot. This will boot the master and not run the program. That should allow the master to run enough for you to reset your settings.
