  Those Electrograph units have TV tuners in them?
  
  Sharp might have something that size with an RS232 port on it by now. Otherwise, I'm pretty certain that LG does. Don't think any other manufacturers put RS232 on displays that small...

  Sharp and LG
  
  On a recent job i had a 19" Sharp (A1E or something) with an RS232 port on it, pretty cool
