NXT-1700VG with bad ghosting

Has anyone else had a problem sending a HD signal to this touch panel? It will work fine for about the first 30 seconds, and then after that the ghosting gets progressively worse until it just becomes a static image. I've installed all the latest firmware's etc... but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
