TPI4 firmware

Is the screen USB or serial?
The TPI4 I have here is firmware 2.63.4 and has 2 Elo drivers, ELOTOUCH and ELO19TOUCH. Not sure if both are implemented in the 2.57 firmware, and what's the difference.
