mvp 8400 don't start!! help

Hi
I have an mvp 8400. When I connect the power to the panel, It show a grey page and nothing works. I can't access to the setup page. Why? How can I resolve this problem?

    Try removing the compact flash card, then re-inserting firmly. Sometimes the card is not seated properly and will cause issues with startup.

    First try removing the batteries and the power supply from the MVP and then press and hold the center of the screen while re-inserting the power supply into its jack. Continue holding until it finishes its start up boot sequence and hopefully it will come on and you'll be in the set up page. If that doesn't work try the flash card.
