Integration with outlook / exchange server?

I've got an upcoming project using mostly NI-2100's and MIO Pinnacles where the client is requesting that the systems lock (or not) based on room schedules in Outlook that are hosted on our Exchange servers.

Can anyone point me to some resources to review?

You may want to look into our RMS/ClassroomManger solution. It can provide exactly what you need.

Ah, good. We actually already have the product, we just haven't been able to get it off the ground yet. That'll give that project a reason to move forward.

Bet they ask you to disable that after a few weeks!

Yeah, I know. ;-) And, I'll put in an easy override for user sanity in the meantime. But I really do need to get my RMS system running anyway, so it's a good excuse to RTFM and get that going.
