Who wants a dead Axcent3?

Okay, I have a dead Axcent3 here. Cost for AMX to fix it is $300. Cost to replace it with one I found on eBay was $125. Now I have this once-nice unit here that I really, really hate to throw away. I will ship it to the first person who responds.
