Unable to Upload!

I can't seem to upload any files to a forum thread. Tried zips then a 74kb .png pic with no joy. Is there a server problem or is it me?

  The call on the field is reversed
  
  Hmm...now it's not working for me. I get an "Upload of file failed" error. I'll hang up and try again later.
