If you have loaded a program into the NI700, it may be runned into an endless loop.
Try what happens if you turn off power, set Switch1 on the configuration dipswitch, and repower.
If this will not help, the firmware may be corrupted. -

I will try that, if the firmware is corrupted what is my next step? -
With a little luck you may get a connect to the NI by Ethernet or program port. In this case there is a chance to download the NI firmware again.
If you don't get any connect, the unit has to be sent for repair. -
an NI-700 doesnt have a flashcard right?

Correct, it's an onboard flashdisk chip.yuri wrote:an NI-700 doesnt have a flashcard right? -
Will it work if you disable the program? There are code errors that can cause this kind of thing, and not all of them are going to always be immediately obvious. If it still locks with the code disabled, I'd say it's gone bad on you.

It looks like the firmware is corrupt, I am sending the unit back for repairs.
Thanks for all your help.
