2.5 mm ViewPoint to PC programming cable

when connecting directly to a computer, pins 2 and 3 are swapped, but the actual pin out of the cable that comes with the panel is:

2 - tip
3 - ring
5 - sleeve.

I apparently threw away one two many of those suckers. I found myself at a loss for one (and cursing up a storm) when I encountered a 3G Viewpoint at a client's place. Of all the crud in my laptop bag - I swore I used to have two or three of those. I must have done some "weeding" and not paid attention to how many I removed!
