Baluns for AV inputs

In the FAQ (page 3) for the UDM-1604 it says that the Extron NVT314A & NVT418A baluns can be used to input composite in the four AV inputs on the front.

Are there any other baluns that will work that anyone knows of.

    I don't find those part numbers on the Extron site at all.

    It depends on what they are doing - if it's just an unbalanced to balanced adapter, pretty much anything will work that will pass the entire frequency range.

    Baluns

    We have just suceeded using Extron MTP R range of products i also believe you could use some passive baluns but beware they tend to require odd ball connections on the RJ45 leads
