NS Crash with Large ebug Watches

Greetings,

I have experienced some crasher which seem to be associated with watching large CHAR arrays in the debug window. Further, the debug window seems to only show up to a given amount of characters. The limit seems to be around 300.

Anyone had similar experiences??

    There are all manner of crashes with the various debug tools. Pretty much, you have to try to keep it simple. Even just notifications, if you are tracking too many devices, will crash Studio. I imagine it's a memory issue. NetLinx Diagnostics is a little better (and you can run it wheil NS is open), but you can crashe that too ... but it won't watch variables, just notifications.

    Yes, debug works fine except when it doesn't, when it will crash NS2 repeatedly. I have never managed to pin down what causes it, and next time I want to use it for something else it is fine.
