No HTML page?

Hello everyone
Has anyone had the problem where the HTML page from a G4 will not show up but you can see the panel from the 'troubleshooting' section when logged on from the master or via studio?

    Web control turned off on the panel? I seem to recall some firmware virsions (or was it a Microsoft patch?) broke this too, but I'm not certain of that; check if you have the latest firmware.

    The second or third last microsoft download caused a problem. The web control is on, but the panel won't show up HTML. I'm going to reboot it and see what happens.

    Another thread mentioning this says Tech Note 804 has a workaround until they fix the firmware to compensate for the MS patch. Not sure it will apply to your situation, but worth a shot ...
