DirecTV IRs with Axcent 3

Greetings,

I am having trouble with IR files for the newer DirecTV receivers (H 20 in this case) I am using Directv.irl1 from the website.

I have an Axcent 3 controlled by an NI-2000.

When the Axcent 3 goes to send out an IR command, it is only one quick flash, regardless of CTON, SET_PULSE_TIME, etc.

I have tried the SP command, TO, PULSE, etc. All result in a quick flash of the blaster even though IR/Serial/Data output light on the Axcent 3 stays on for the expected amount of time.

No control of the DirecTV receiver is accomplished.

Any ideas?

    My experience with IR codes that pulse even when you use ON and OFF or TO is that they are malformed to begin with ... I've guessed they are too short as stored and can't be maintained, but its just a guess. Generally the files from Inconcert aretested and certified; did you try reloading it? I've sometimes found I have to reboot a master after an IR load, and I never did figure out why that should be; it's certainly not needed every time.
