Studio 2.5 - Upload from AXcess not possible

I tried to upload an AXcess source from an Axcent3, but Studio 2.5 just says "Pending" in the transfer window and that's it.... this happens on all the PCs we have Studio 2.5 installed. After reinstalling 2.4 everything works fine again.
Could someone please verify this issue? Thanks in advance.
BTW - this problem we also have with FileTransfer2 v1.2b58 (which was installed by VisualArchitect)
