Can't download program to NI-700??!!

Dear guys,

I can't download my compiled program to NI-700 , althought upload from NI is OK.
I can't update firmware to newer or older.
What's happen??

  No. This does not apply to NI-X000. There is no need on the NI-X000 and the format disk command is not implemented on that platform.
