Beeping G3 Touchpanel

I know that intermittent beeps can mean not enough volts getting to the panel. AMX say they need 12.5v measured at the back of the panel. I have one (it is my personal one purchased off EBay and it has worked for years) that has recently started to do the beeps and is still beeping even with 13v on its input. Just wondering if it's the voltage regulator IC that goes - I could easily replace that myself. Any one been inside one of these?

Hi Guys,
Long time viewer, first time replier. I had the same intermittent beep problem a few weeks ago and it turned out to be clashing device ID's with an old RF reviever I had forgotten about attached further down the line. I had the same thoughts on power but in my case, I was wrong.
Cheers

Well it can be power that is too short or a conflict on bus between two devices, or also erratic issues on AXLink (lack of stability or bad wiring).
