Accents with Modero

Hi everyone
I just recieved our first Modero panel and when I did a transfer from the G3 to the Modero it dropped all the letters with accents. Having to provide everything in both offical lanaguages I really need to know how to get them to work. I tried the old way of 'alt#' but it didn't work.
