APC SmartUPS serial protocol and pinout?

Hi there,

does anyone of you have the serial protocol of an APC SmartUPS,
also the pinout of the RS-232 connector on the back?

I have to power an axcess master from the UPS and would need to
monitor it's status and have the UPS tell the master if it is
working normally or from battery and if from battery how many
time has left till the battery gets empty.

Any ready to use modules?
