Traffic motion jpeg cameras in virginia

I was just trying out the modero's ability to show motion jpeg images. Does anyone know of a place that shows traffic web cams in virginia? I found a site that shows them, but how do i find the host name, path and image name?

I am new to using motion jpeg's on my touch panel but i wanted to demo it to a customer and need a web cam url to use for the demo.
Any help would be great.

Right click on the camera image and choose properties to find the path info.
