Downloading and editing rpm code

Hi, Is there a way to download and edit an RPM code from Enova DVX Switcher.
Some of the RPM codes do not always work or the output equipment does not respond to the commands.

There is no way to edit the RPM program code. If you have specifics to what is not working that will give us some direction.
