Does the base FW of these devices not support ON [D:P:S,Channel]?

Noticing that whenever I TO or ON a channel, I simply get a channel pulse. Not certain whether this is a known issue or an anomaly.

Yes, I know I can change the pulse time, but I'm just curious why this is happening.

    If the IR was not learned as a press and hold aka repeating command, you will only get a single pulse out of it. If you need it to constantly send out IR, relearn the command(s) and press and hold the button when learning it...not just a quick tap. Alternatively you can use a hold, repeat command.
