Enova DGX 16 ENC. Firmware recovery

Updated the firmware on the amx enova DGX 16 ENC. First, we installed NI Master firmware v.4.2.395, then Firmware Upgrade kit v.2.0.4. After the second update, the connection to 5002 in netlinx disappeared and enova turned on, but did not commute the video. Can I repair the firmware myself?

    Depending on the update the Readme file might state to upgrade the switcher portion first, the device 2nd and then the master. That's the way I normally do it, but usually check the Readme. What probably happened when you updated the master it no longer recognizes the swticher. So what you will need to do is downgrade the master back to where it was and then do it in the correct order.

    After updating ni master, the matrix worked. The problem occurred when I updated the matrix.


    P.S.
    Today there was a miracle.
    I came to work, and the matrix works! ))))
    I do not know how this is possible. Nothing was done with her. They just did not turn it off yesterday when they went home.

    The update process for the DGX chassis and cards can be a lengthy process. It would appear you allowed sufficient time by allowing it to stay powered on to work through its internal updates of each component.

    It should be mentioned that you should load that page up on a separate browser session before starting the upgrade process. Trying to access after beginning the upgrade may not be possible with older firmware versions.
