MX Series Bubble

Yes, I have a new in the box (but past warranty) 19" panorama wall panel that is leaking goo from behind the glass. There's a sizable bubble in the corner, and a mess on the back. Still works fine, but impossible to sell except as parts. A great investment. I thought I was the only one... now I worry about all of them.... yikes.

Cameron and John, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've seen on your touch panels. This is an issue we've seen in a past batch of Modero X 19/20" panels, however the issue should now be resolved for all newly manufactured units. I encourage you to contact your AMX/Harman Technical Support to talk through the resolutions options we can offer for the units you have on hand. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
