Netlinx Studio 4.0 can't load Dxlink Rx box firmware successfully

Hi all,

I wanted to upgrade new firmware for my Dxlink Rx Box, and I found that I use Netlinx Studio 4.0 to open "SW1010_500_AVB_KIT_DXLINK_RX_v1_9_53.kit",

but Netlinx Studio 4.0 can't load firmware file successfully, It jump a error message "Failed to load applcation, check installation"

Could you help me to work out this issue,please!

Your device ID is set to 0. Set it to the device ID of the receiver

Hello，

It has nothing to do with set device ID, because when I select the item for "SW1010_500_AVB_KIT_DXLINK_RX_v1_9_53.kit" , it would jump
error message window.

Try setting the device ID prior to clicking on the software file name.
