G5 Web Update URL/Command

The G5 panels now support updating the firmware from the panel directly from the web. Is there a command one can issue to a G5 panel to start this auto update, or does anyone know the AMX server it's hitting so we can use the WEBU command?

    This is a new mechanism for updating firmware that is triggered from the Firmware Update page in the G5 Settings application and there is currently no send command to initiate the process. This is the first phase, so to speak, of a more generalized update mechanism that we will roll out throughout 2015. It is not the same as the WEBU command which merely instructs the panel to download a kit file and update the firmware from that file.

    Are you talking about the RMS Enterprise Update Manager?

    Yes but not entirely. The G5 panels are also upgradeable outside of RMS Enterprise but using a similar "mechanism" if that makes sense.
